Coastal homes
Within a few miles of the water, salt air is the enemy. We spec corrosion-resistant fasteners, non-ferrous flashing and upgraded underlayment so the whole assembly survives the coast — the details out-of-area roofers skip.
Fire-zone homes
Inland addresses in a Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone require a full Class A fire-rated assembly, not just a Class A shingle. We build the complete assembly to code where your address demands it.

Our job is to turn that moment from a stressful unknown into a clear decision. We come out for free, show you photos of the actual condition, and give you the honest call on whether you need a repair or a replacement.
We work across four service lines because San Diego homes rarely have just one problem. A roof leak becomes water damage becomes a ceiling repair. A remodel turns up a roofline that needs rebuilding. Being licensed in roofing, restoration and remodeling means we can own the whole problem instead of handing you off.
